20" Propane Radiant Tank Top Heater Universal Thermocouple 2304885 ReplacementFeatures:

Fits prpane tank top heater for most brand like Mr Heater, Dura Heat, COSTWAY, REMINGTON,ProCom and other most tank top heater with white faston female plug of valve
Thermocouple is a replacement sensor for heaters the head need to be heated always
Replacement of Mr heater thermocouple model 2304885 and work for the propane tank top heater
It is used for most brand of tank top heater like Mr Heater, Dura Heat, COSTWAY, REMINGTON,ProCom etc
This is a repair replacement part for your heater when the heater can not light up ( some times the problem is the gas valve defective so you need replace valve)
Insert the short wire with white housing with the valve end with a pin and fix it
Connect other two female terminals with your FD4 dump switch and connect it well
Operation Instructions
1). install the thermocouple on a pilot bracket or heater mounting plate fixed by clips
2). Keep the tip at around 5mm distance from the burner hole in right height.
3). Faston the thermocouple end on the dump switch and gas valve end tightly
4). Connect two flat terminals well with the current tilt switch terminals.
5). Open gas and push your valve around 5-10s till the thermocouple head is heated enough.
6). Release your hand and it work properly
If when you release hand, gas valve shut off again, Please check
a. If your thermocouple is always be heated on flame
b. If the thermocouple end is well connect with valve
c. If the terminals connect tilt switch well.
